If you’re excited to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you! Role Overview EZ Texting is looking for a passionate Account Executive for our sales team. Your main focus will be ensuring you meet planned goals and coordinating with our lead generation department on pipeline development. You'll own the full sales cycle, from discovery to close, working with warm inbound leads and strategic outbound prospects. This is a quota-carrying role where success is defined by meeting revenue goals and creating long-term customer value. You will be expected to do daily activity inputs such as calls & emails, pipeline management, and continuously develop your solution selling skills. Your entrepreneurship will be a valuable contribution to developing EZ Texting’s sales strategy. Responsibilities: Manage the full sales process from lead qualification to close Compensation : This role is eligible for the benefits & perks listed below. Depending on your location, the starting cash compensation range, inclusive of Base Salary + Variable Target, vs base salary only is: Tier 1 (Bay Area, NYC, SEA) : $114,750- $157,500 Tier 2 (LA, SD, BOS, ATX, DC, PHI): $109,650- $144,900 Tier 3 (DAL, ATL, HOU, NSH, MIA, ALB): $102,000-138,600 Tier 4 (Other): $89,250- $126,000 Our compensation market ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range provided reflects the target cash compensation for new hires in major metropolitan areas. Actual compensation will vary based on the candidate’s specific location, skills, experience, and capabilities, as well as internal benchmarking. Job Requirements

  • Run compelling discovery calls and tailored product demos
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success for a seamless customer journey
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Deliver clear, consultative solutions to SMB and mid-market customers
  • Required Skills
  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • 3+ year history of hitting sales objectives and exceeding quota.
  • Ability to align technology solutions to complex, multi-stakeholder business problems and utilize strategic thinking skills to solve customer problems.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic territory management, with the ability to prioritize among a high volume of opportunities and build a consistent year-long rolling pipeline.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, solve problems creatively, think on your feet, and be comfortable in new situations working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Impeccable organizational and time management skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
