About the Role We're looking for a Staff Backend Engineer to join our Analytics team. You'll be a technical leader designing and building the data infrastructure that powers business insights for our customers. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership—driving architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and delivering systems that process billions of events. Based on the anticipated level of experience we are seeking, we expect the compensation range for this role to be between $112,000 and $269,000. You may also be offered a bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
