About the role As a Product Manager at Fluxon, you’ll be the strategic driving force at the center of our team and a trusted partner to our customers. We’re looking for someone who craves having real impact and ownership. While specific responsibilities may differ from project to project, you will: Develop expertise in a variety of customer domains such as AI, healthcare, SaaS, eCommerce, and many others Build deep partnerships with startups and tech leaders alike to understand their product, users, and help drive key strategic decisions Establish a clear product vision and connect the dots across functions and organizations Communicate roadmaps, decisions, and learnings across a wide range of audiences from development teams to executives Lead full product and feature development cycles from discovery to delivery Qualifications A competitive salary that reflects your expertise and experience We believe diverse teams perform better, and an inclusive environment is essential to building a successful organization.
