• Own and create the project roadmap and delivery schedule, ensuring alignment with overall objectives • Translate near-term goals directly into Jira epics and user stories, performing BA-level work as needed • Maintain and actively manage the project risk register, dependencies, and timelines • Support the Engineering Manager by creating planning and governance materials that protect dedicated resources from unplanned work • Drive execution using established delivery workflows and tooling (Jira, Confluence, Miro) • Prepare and deliver regular status updates and executive communications • As a Senior team member, you will be expected to actively participate in our hiring processes by serving on interview panels for future roles across the company.
