Job Description
Job Requirements
- Advanced degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field (MSW, MA, MS, PhD, or equivalent) - REQUIRED
- Minimum 1 year documented experience working directly with individuals reporting or accused of sexual misconduct - REQUIRED
- Experience within an educational institution or workplace setting - REQUIRED
- Direct involvement in applying or navigating formal sexual misconduct policies - REQUIRED
- Completed sexual misconduct policy training from ATIXA, NABITA, or comparable nationally recognized organization (certificate required)
- Knowledge of institutional sexual misconduct adjudication processes
- Strong understanding of due process considerations
- Ability to interpret and explain policy language accurately
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Ability to maintain strict neutrality and professional boundaries
