We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the design, configuration, and maintenance of a large enterprise virtual desktop (VDI) environment. This role serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for troubleshooting complex performance issues across the organization and requires deep experience in system design, integration, and process automation/improvement. Design, implement, and maintain VDI solutions at scale Provide TIER 3/4 support to system administrators to resolve VDI issues Provide guidance on optimization of desktops for platform interoperability Act as liaison between Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies Offer endpoint support on issues and trouble resolution tasks related to Virtual Desktop Maintain advanced knowledge of administration, engineering, and implementation of virtual desktop infrastructure-related technologies Operate across multiple and complex production environments with multiple stakeholders Conduct trade studies and make recommendations on solutions and "make buy" decisions
