Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Service Delivery Lead to oversee AI & Data Governance engagements for a portfolio of enterprise clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless delivery of advanced AI-led solutions while fostering strong client relationships and operational excellence. Overseeing service delivery for AI & Data Governance engagements, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and governance standards. Supporting account growth by identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and proposing additional services to create mutual value. Participating in governance forums, providing insights, and facilitating follow-ups to ensure effective strategy implementation. Staying informed on industry trends, AI ecosystem developments, and best practices to enhance service delivery and client outcomes. Conducting training for team members to ensure familiarity with client requirements, security protocols, and compliance standards. Serving as the onshore point of contact for client engagements, managing stakeholder relationships and operational performance.

Job Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience in IT outsourcing, managed services, or enterprise vendor management, with a focus on Data, Analytics & AI service delivery leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem, including emerging trends, key players, business challenges, and regulatory considerations.
  • Proven experience in client relations and service delivery within complex contractual environments.
  • Analytical, results-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently interact with senior executives and clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely in the U.S., with occasional travel as required.
