- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
- 6+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A, or private equity, with direct involvement in executing transactions from sourcing through closing
- Proven track record in buy-side M&A, ideally with experience in roll-up strategies, multi-site acquisitions, or consolidation plays
- Strong proficiency in financial statement analysis, Excel-based modeling, and enterprise valuation methodologies
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to independently manage deal workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex analyses to technical and non-technical stakeholders
