Serve as a teacher of record and primary instructor for Driver’s Education Classroom Course. Efficiently set up courses within the Learning Management System. Align and develop course materials to meet relevant standards. Differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all students. Maintain a safe and positive school environment using conflict resolution, collaboration, and positive reinforcement. Keep detailed records including grade books, progress reports, lesson plans, attendance records, and discipline records. Build and sustain positive relationships with students, parents, staff, school administration, and other stakeholders through effective communication. Maintain confidentiality concerning all student information. Attend and contribute to school activities as directed by the Administration such as professional development, staff meetings, teacher training, field trips, professional learning communities, and other face-to-face events. Perform other duties as assigned.
