Role Description
Join a global leader in nutritional science as an Associate Account Manager, Health, Nutrition & Care supporting the dietary supplements market across the Southeastern United States, with a strong preference for candidates based in Florida where most of our customers are located. In this role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customers, drive sales performance aligned with dsm-firmenich nutritional products objectives and build long-term partnerships by delivering customer-focused solutions.
- Develop and manage sales of dsm-firmenich products within the dietary supplements industries, achieving volume, pricing, and profitability targets
- Monitor and analyze customer and product sales performance, implementing corrective actions when needed
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, including pricing quotations, to drive customer engagement and growth
- Lead customer forecasting and demand planning activities across the assigned territory
- Prospect new customers, identify growth opportunities, and champion innovation in the marketplace
- Manage and develop the sales pipeline through effective use of the CRM platform
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, business development, and/or account management role within Business-to-Business (B2B) environment
- Dietary Supplements industry experience is a strong plus but not required
- Bachelor’s Degree required in technical or business field

- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time – primarily domestic travel
- Demonstrate experience in communicating with a variety of functions to generate sales
- Positive attitude with a drive toward meeting and exceeding targets
