Role Description
This role involves managing projects and client accounts within the Medical & Scientific Communications team.
- Responsible for overall management of assigned projects on specific accounts
- Coordinate digital and interactive content, ensuring scientific accuracy
- Prepare and deliver client presentations
- Drive long-term planning of assigned accounts including timelines and budget monitoring
- Supervise and train junior staff members
- Manage and attend relevant internal meetings
- Enhance customer service through quality communications and deliverables
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Develop and maintain knowledge of managed products and disease areas
- Manage faculty recruitment and relationships on behalf of clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience within the pharmaceutical industry or a healthcare/life sciences-focused agency
- 1+ year(s) of experience in a pharmaceutical/healthcare promotional role preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required, preferably with emphasis in Marketing, Business, or Science
- Experience using Veeva is highly preferred
- Efficient and skilled at using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with Basecamp or similar project management systems preferred
- Strong communicator in written and verbal forms
- Strong organization, time management, and project management skills
- Ability to leverage internal and external relationships
- Efficient and persuasive speaker and writer
- Great team player with a strong drive and willingness to take initiative
- Ability to travel to meet with stakeholders as necessary (up to 25% of time)

Benefits
- Remote position
- Potential base pay range: $61,200.00 - $153,000.00
- Incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered
