Job Description
Role Description
We're looking for a proactive and experienced Billing Manager to join our team. This role is a unique blend of revenue cycle management (RCM) expertise and customer success. The Billing Manager will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, overseeing both the financial health of each account and the performance of the billing teams assigned to them.
This position sits at the critical intersection of revenue operations and client success. You'll be responsible for both maximizing revenue recovery through effective billing team management AND ensuring client satisfaction through proactive relationship management. This dual focus requires someone who's equally comfortable diving into the details of denial trends and having strategic conversations with practice leaders about their financial health. The ideal candidate is excited about this balanced approach - taking ownership of client outcomes while implementing the operational excellence needed to deliver results.
This role will report directly to the Head of RCM. This role is full-time. We are open to remote candidates for this role.
The base pay range for this role is $90,000–$130,000 per year.
