Job Description
Who We Are
Travefy is an industry-leading platform for crafting unforgettable travel experiences. At Travefy, we’re not just growing fast; we’re reshaping how leisure travel is sold and experienced. As the leading platform for travel advisors, we’re trusted by over 40,000 travel brands and millions of travelers worldwide. Our users love us for our simplicity, powerful toolset, and world-class support. With a new generation of travel advisors entering the industry, our opportunity to shape the future of leisure travel has never been greater. Join us in building the tools that power an industry.
About the Role
We’re hiring our first dedicated RevOps professional to own the operational backbone of our commercial organization. Reporting to revenue leadership, this is a high-autonomy role: you’ll own the roadmap, drive strategy where needed, and execute without hand-holding. We’re a HubSpot-centric SaaS company with a high-volume model, meaning automation-first thinking is non-negotiable. The right person has built systems that successfully scale product- or marketing-led growth, automating high-impact customer touch points based on behavioral signals.
What You’ll Own
Marketing & Sales Automation
Design and implement automation to accelerate pipeline velocity—lead routing, scoring, nurture sequences, and handoff workflows. At our volume, these systems must run reliably without constant intervention.
Customer Success & Retention Operations
Customer Success & Retention Operations: Design and build the operational systems that enable CS to manage churn and expansion. You’ll create health-scoring models, automated workflows, and data-driven triggers that make churn management at scale predictable.
Subscription & Revenue Operations
Manage subscription lifecycle workflows, billing system integrations, and automated deal creation for renewals and expansions. Ensure clean data flow between product, billing, and CRM to give teams real-time visibility into customer economics.
Tech Stack Management & Hygiene
Full system administration of HubSpot and supporting tools. You’re the expert on our commercial tech stack—responsible for its health, evolution, and integration architecture. Ensure data quality, completeness, and accuracy. Build enrichment workflows that give commercial teams the context they need.
What Success Looks Like
First 30 Days: Understand the landscape, meet with stakeholders, conduct a tech audit, review the existing roadmap, and identify quick wins and structural gaps in our data model.
First 60 Days: Develop a strategy, implement high-impact quick wins, and establish an operating rhythm with stakeholders. Collaborate with the team to enhance personalized trial engagement at scale and implement customer health scoring models.
First 90 Days: Prioritize and launch major initiatives from the backlog to improve onboarding effectiveness, reduce early churn, and increase customer acquisition efficiency. Establish a cross-functional operating rhythm, ensuring that your work demonstrates a measurable impact on operational efficiency that drives pipeline improvements.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- Deep technical expertise in HubSpot and automation platforms, proven track record in architecting and building systems and processes that scale through technology.
Technical Depth (Required):
- Deep HubSpot expertise (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub)—workflow mastery, custom objects, sequences, reporting
- Strong automation and orchestration tool proficiency for multi-step workflows (Zapier, Clay, Make, n8n, etc.)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and modeling
- Experience in high-volume or PLG environments preferred
- Track record in building marketing and onboarding systems that scale efficiently
Technical Depth (Strong Advantage):
- SQL for custom reporting beyond standard tools
- Familiarity with data enrichment tools and workflows (Clearbit, ZoomInfo)
- BI tools experience (Mixpanel, Tableau, Looker)
Data & Systems Thinking:
- You spot quality issues instinctively, design enrichment strategies, and maintain clean, actionable data. You understand how systems should communicate and can architect integrations that won’t break.
How You Work
- Ownership mindset: You take full accountability for your domain. You identify what needs to happen and make it happen.
- Bias for action with strategic judgment: You move quickly on reversible decisions and know when something warrants more deliberation. Good heuristics for the difference.
- Cross-functional fluency: You navigate the commercial org gracefully—building trust with sales, marketing, and customer success without territorial friction.
- Generative problem-solving: You don’t just execute a playbook—you bring ideas to the table and contribute strategically when the situation calls for it.
- Clear communication: You explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into operational specs.
Compensation & Details
- On Target Earnings: $110,000–$190,000 depending on experience
- Company Performance Bonus
- Location: Remote or Hybrid in one of our offices (NE, NJ)
