- Manage reservations, confirmations, and booking adjustments
- Coordinate schedules and ensure all travel details are accurate and complete
- Communicate with clients to gather required information and provide timely updates
- Review bookings for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Track changes, monitor deadlines, and follow up to ensure a seamless experience
- Deliver consistent, professional support throughout the booking process
Qualifications
