Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Web Designer to own the design and visual evolution of Tradeify’s web presence.
- Design high-converting landing pages
- Improve UX/UI across Tradeify’s core website
- Collaborate with Marketing on A/B test variations
- Design assets for paid campaigns (web-focused)
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Establish and evolve Tradeify’s web design system
- Improve site speed and user experience through thoughtful design
- Ensure mobile-first optimization
- Maintain visual consistency across web properties
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in web design (ideally DTC, fintech, SaaS, or trading-related industries)
- Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages and conversion-focused design
- Experience designing for performance marketing environments
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of UX principles and CRO (conversion rate optimization)
- Ability to balance aesthetic excellence with measurable performance outcomes
- Experience collaborating with developers and handing off clean design specs
- Strong communication skills and ownership mentality
Nice to Have
- Experience in trading, fintech, or financial services
- Familiarity with Webflow, Framer, or similar platforms
- Copywriting experience
- Animation / interaction experience with platforms like Jitter / LottieFiles
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams on growth and conversion optimization
- Knowledge of UX research methodologies and comfort conducting user interviews or usability testing
- Background in analytics tools like Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
- Understanding of esports aesthetics or gaming-to-trading positioning
- Experience contributing to or building design systems from the ground up
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Experience working in high-growth startup environments
- Data-driven mindset with experience reviewing A/B test results
