• Leads complex technical solution development related to NewRocket’s full range of services and products; engages in conceptual thinking to understand advanced issues and implications • Collaborates directly with clients to develop and articulate technical solutions, often to senior, technical, and non-technical audiences • Considered an expert in pre-sales and solution development • Collaborate with Sales teams in the qualification of customer needs through discovery • Participates across the sales lifecycle on acquiring new customers, in close collaboration with sales crew members • Provide mentorship and informal leadership to Solution Consultants as a senior resource • Leads demonstrations of product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers • Scopes and delivers Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects • Lead competitive analyses and understands differentiators between the company and its competitors • Understands business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, and security • In conjunction with Sales and Professional Services, conduct transition briefings, communicates commitments and expectations in preparation for deployment
