Overview : Clearance : Secret and NATO Citizenship : U.S. Citizen Location : Langley Air Force Base, Virginia Job Type: Full-Time Annual Salary Range : $65,000 – $100,000 Job Posting Estimated Close Date: 1/28/2026 Work Type : Hybrid INTECON is looking for a highly skilled Tactical Data Link (TDL) Military Standards Development and Analyst to support the Air Combat Command (ACC) Interoperability and Standards Branch (ACC/A5JI) under the Joint Interoperability of Tactical Command and Control Systems (JINTACCS) program. This role supports the research, engineering, and development of TDL Military Standards to ensure Joint and Coalition interoperability across USAF platforms and systems. The position participates in standards development, technical evaluations, interoperability analysis, and coordination with Air Force, Joint, and Allied stakeholders. The Analyst contributes to maintaining technical accuracy and standards compliance for TDL implementations. Roles and Responsibilities: The roles shall include: Research, engineer, and propose changes to Tactical Data Link (TDL) Military Standards (MIL-STDs) based on USAF tactical combat system Information Exchange Requirements (IERs), minimizing impact on existing systems. Qualifications : Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (such as engineering, computer science, etc.), or a Master’s degree. The ability to read through highly detailed and complex technical documents to extract relevant information. These positions require experience in the following USAF discipline:  A rated USAF officer Air Battle Manager with experience in AWACS, JSTARS, or CRC or Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) or have 4 years of experience in performing JINTACCS TDL Standards management. Proficiency in: Tactical Data Link (TDL) Military Standards and associated technical documentation Joint Multi-Tactical Data Links Configuration Control Board (JMTCCB) processes and artifacts.
