• Define and lead the strategy for integrating institutional financial assets into the Plume ecosystem, creating bridges between traditional capital markets and crypto. • Cultivate and manage relationships with key institutional players including hedge funds, asset managers, banks, and family offices to increase adoption. • Identify and execute new market opportunities by leveraging real-world assets to generate novel speculation, yield, and liquidity products. • Represent Plume at industry conferences and discussions, positioning the company as a leading force in the convergence of traditional finance and decentralized systems. • Oversee the development of capital markets infrastructure on Plume, focusing on asset tokenization, compliance, regulatory frameworks, and liquidity optimization. • Collaborate with the product team to create RWA products and services such as derivatives, lending platforms, structured finance products, and yield-generation strategies designed for institutional investors.
