You will: Own critical components of Backpack’s backend infrastructure written in Rust Design and implement low-level systems with an emphasis on safety and performance Collaborate closely with product, infra, and security teams to build robust and reliable systems Proactively identify bottlenecks, security issues, and performance improvements Requirements: Obsessive about code quality, performance, and security Very fluent in English What you’ll get: Generous ownership & stake in the company.
