Job Description

• Develop and execute Dexerto’s US influencer sales strategy • Build scalable talent-led commercial offerings across branded content, sponsorship, live activations, and social integrations • Identify new revenue opportunities leveraging creator access and platform authority • Create packaged influencer solutions aligned to brand objectives (awareness, performance, cultural relevance) • Build direct relationships with Talent Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Brand Partnerships leads at US-based brands • Proactively pitch talent-led partnership concepts to agencies and clients • Translate brand briefs into compelling creator-driven proposals • Drive pipeline growth specifically tied to influencer and talent revenue • Maintain strong working relationships with talent agencies, creator managers, and representation firms • Identify partnership-ready creators across gaming, esports, streaming, and mainstream entertainment • Structure commercially viable talent agreements in collaboration with internal teams • Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, amplification terms, and timelines • Partner closely with Sales to unlock influencer-led upsell opportunities • Collaborate with Integrated Marketing on pitch decks and commercial narratives • Align with Editorial & Video teams to ensure creative excellence and talent alignment • Support forecasting and revenue tracking tied to influencer initiatives • Monitor emerging creator trends and shifts in brand spend across the influencer landscape • Maintain strong awareness of agency rosters and representation movements • Position Dexerto as a premium partner within gaming and entertainment influencer marketing

Job Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in influencer sales, talent partnerships, creator representation, or agency-side talent commercialisation
  • A proven track record selling talent partnerships to brands or agencies
  • Established relationships with US-based Talent Marketing / Influencer Marketing decision-makers
  • Experience negotiating influencer contracts including usage, exclusivity, paid amplification, and performance KPIs
  • Strong commercial instincts and revenue accountability
  • Deep familiarity with gaming, esports, creator economy, and entertainment verticals
  • Confidence representing a premium media brand in senior-level conversations
  • High emotional intelligence and relationship-driven approach
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
