• Collaborate with the Internal Audit & Controls team in developing and implementing audit and controls strategy. • Engage in the development and execution of the annual risk-based internal audit plan. • Manage the organization's SOX compliance program. • Conduct periodic assessments and testing of internal controls. • Lead detailed, integrated risk-based audits of core business operations. • Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and risk exposures. • Aid in developing foundational internal audit SOPs, KPIs, and performance management.
