Role Description
As a Revenue Support Associate, you will ensure we are the best possible partners to our sales team along with several other cross-functional teams. Trust will be built on your ability to provide timely responses, take ownership of requests, and become a subject matter expert on the systems and processes being supported.
- Directly own the resolution of Jira tickets and ensure SLAs are met.
- Support Jira tickets and systems access requests.
- Work cross-functionally to reduce monthly contact rate.
- Engage with senior administrators on enhancements and feature requests.
- Report into the Manager of Revenue Systems.
- Support requests sent from sales associates on the Growth team.
- Identify efficiencies or improvements that will reduce case volume and improve user experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required for synchronous and asynchronous updates.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience supporting Salesforce or a similar enterprise-level application.
- Experience supporting stakeholders in a large-scale sales or service organization (50 - 200 users).
- Experience managing a ticketing system with a high volume and diversity of requests (1,000 / month).
- Interest in learning from an experienced team how to support Salesforce and best-in-class sales applications.
- Dedication to expanding skill-set to manage projects and system changes.
- Desire to learn what world-class growth looks like.
- Ability to collaborate with teams from technical and non-technical backgrounds.
- Self-starter with the ability to distill complex problems into simple solutions.
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
- Inherent curiosity to understand the “why” of a request or issue.
