Role Description
As a Vehicle Solutions Specialist, you will serve as a trusted expert on Motus’ suite of products and services, delivering consultations to customers on vehicle reimbursement program design and optimization. Leveraging your system and reimbursement data expertise, you will build and interpret complex reports, model reimbursement scenarios, and provide actionable insights to meet customer-specific business objectives and reach their reimbursement financial goals. Your role sits at the intersection of data analysis and program consulting, requiring a driven, customer-centric mindset and a collaborative approach across teams.
Position Duties
- Lead and schedule calls with internal and external customers to provide consultation and guidance on program design, configuration, and optimization to meet customer objectives with a high degree of accuracy and within SLA timelines.
- Perform in-depth data analysis on customer data and create recommendations for customer programs based on data trends, benchmarking, and experience.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including Customer Success, Account Management, Product, Technology, and Support to deliver insights and recommendations that improve program performance.
- Implement program settings based on customer goals in collaboration with both customers and internal teams.
- Build and maintain custom reporting for customers using advanced system expertise.
- Document and manage all work within established systems including customer interactions, requirements/decisions and resolutions.
- Liaise with the Account Management, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Operations teams as necessary to ensure proactive and timely resolution of customer requests.
- Utilize expertise to build knowledge base materials and implement solutions dedicated towards operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely completion of recurring customer reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Execute customer-specific requests within agreed upon timeframe.
- Manage time effectively to balance job breakdown of 45% reporting, 40% data analysis and implementation and 10% consulting.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of client support experience, preferably in a B2B, SaaS environment.
- Expert knowledge of data analytics tools including Microsoft Excel pivot tables and formulas functions.
- Ability to trend data and use expertise to create program recommendations based on advanced industry and system knowledge.
- Experience in consulting and guiding customers on best practices to achieve a financial goal.
- Ability to positively articulate difficult concepts and methodologies to clients.
- Dedication to service excellence and ability to manage customer projects and requests within agreed upon timeframe.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Requirements
- Where required by law, Motus provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The pay range for this role is $58,000 - $62,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
