Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized, design-aware, and client-focused Signature Planner to lead the planning and execution of full-service weddings from initial onboarding through event day execution.
This role works directly under the Director of Brand & Design, collaborating closely to ensure each event reflects our aesthetic standards while remaining aligned with client vision and budget. The Signature Planner will serve as the primary planning lead, guiding clients through every phase of the process and managing vendor partnerships nationwide. The ideal candidate is equal parts logistics expert, stylistically intuitive, and calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-service weddings from contract signing through execution
- Develop and manage comprehensive planning timelines and production schedules
- Guide clients through all planning milestones and decision-making phases
- Maintain consistent and proactive client communication
- Manage budgets and ensure financial alignment throughout the planning process
- Oversee event logistics, flow, and execution on wedding day
Vendor Sourcing & Management
- Research and source vendors nationwide that align with the client’s style, priorities, and budget
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships across multiple markets
- Negotiate proposals and contracts in partnership with leadership when necessary
- Ensure vendor deliverables align with overall design and production goals
- Manage vendor communication, timelines, and confirmations leading up to event day
Design Collaboration & Brand Execution
- Work alongside the Director of Brand & Design to translate creative vision into executable plans
- Ensure logistical feasibility of design concepts
- Support implementation of brand-level aesthetic standards across all events
- Maintain consistency in client experience and execution quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-service wedding planning (luxury or high-touch experience preferred)
- Proven ability to manage events from concept to execution
- Strong vendor sourcing experience across multiple regions or markets
- Budget management and contract review experience
- Excellent communication and client leadership skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational systems
- Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure
- Willingness to travel for events as needed
