Job Description

• Answer calls and respond promptly to emails to effectively handle customer inquiries. • Document customer interactions in our CRM. • Provide technical support to resolve product problems. • Provide customers with product and service information. • Performs other duties as assigned or required by the position.

Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent listening, organization & problem-solving skills
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Oracle experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, work proactively and independently
