Job Description
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management or technical product ownership
- Preferred: 1+ year specifically managing integrations, developer platforms, or B2B SaaS products
- Technical Literacy: Demonstrated ability to read and draft basic API specifications
- Deep Technical Acumen and demonstrated ability partnering with Engineering
- Execution Rigor: Experience writing detailed stories, managing and prioritizing backlog health
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to problem-solving and prioritization
- Ambiguity Tolerance: Experience working in an ambiguous and Agile development environment
- Influence: Ability to drive initiatives forward with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Engineering) without formal authority
- Excellent organizational skills, highly self-motivated, and dependable
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional, with demonstrated multi-tasking and critical thinking skills to meet established timeframes.
