Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding quota.
- Mandatory: Prior sales experience in the healthcare, fitness, wellness or medical industry is required
- Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain high call/ meeting volume daily. Proficiency with CRM software (preferably HubSpot).
- Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business using a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation and effective presentations.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel (at least 45 days per year) for business trips and industry tradeshows.
