• Write, edit, and manage the development of multi-vendor stakeholder communications and provider communications on behalf of Gainwell client • Partner with internal subject matter experts to gather information and assess communication needs • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Gainwell subsystems • Provide high-touch client experience by anticipating needs and ensuring quality standards • Manage the full content development lifecycle from drafting to publication
