Job Description
• Lead the configuration, optimization, and governance of Salesforce
• Serve as platform expert for Ascend and Salesforce instances
• Design and implement scalable solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve high complexity issues
• Mentor and support Salesforce Administrators and Analysts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years’ experience
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or related discipline
- Salesforce Platform Administrator Certification preferred
- Strong analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills
- Expertise with advanced automation (Flows, Apex fundamentals, system integrations)
