Role Description
This position involves leading pricing initiatives for proposals while overseeing the development of Cost/Price Volumes for various federal clients. Your expertise will be critical in analyzing RFPs and engaging with multiple stakeholders to optimize pricing strategies.
- Prepare detailed and compliant pricing proposals for government and commercial solicitations, aligning with RFP requirements.
- Collaborate with capture teams, account managers, and business units to gather pricing inputs and develop a winning pricing strategy.
- Develop and maintain cost models and narratives for various contract types, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Partner with departments such as Contracts, Recruiting, HR, and Finance to gather cost estimates.
- Lead pricing reviews, presenting financial data and strategic insights to executive leadership.
- Ensure all pricing activities comply with internal estimating systems and government regulations.
- Handle multiple pricing submissions simultaneously while maintaining quality and timeliness.
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in pricing, including 5 years dedicated to government pricing analysis.
- Proven experience in pricing proposals for government contracts, including cost modeling and narrative development.
- Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple submissions, specifically with IDIQ Task Order submissions.
- Expertise in financial analysis, cost estimation, and competitive pricing strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex financial data effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
