Role Description

To drive actionable insights and inform corporate strategies through the use of analytics, GenAI, advanced modeling, data mining, and market intelligence.

• Demonstrates strong communication skills with a basic understanding of project management principles.
• Ability to share updates with team members and manager clearly and concisely, with flexibility in discussions around project scope and deliverables.
• Ability to visualize data effectively to support clear insights and decision-making.
• Proficiency in leveraging data and statistical modeling to identify, create, and solve business opportunities.
• Some proficiency in GenAI and machine learning techniques to identify, create, and solve business opportunities.
• Shows a strong desire to build foundational skills first and demonstrates flexibility in selecting appropriate methods.
• Ability to work with data using programming languages (SQL, Python) and a solid understanding of relational data and data tools.
• Demonstrates the ability to write production-ready code in Python that is modular, efficient, and well-documented.
• Experience developing dashboards preferred with Python-based tools (PowerBI experience is a plus).
• Demonstrates a desire to learn and own project workstreams with a GenAI/Data Science focus to positively impact business outcomes.
• Possesses an inquisitive mindset and a desire to delve into the details while maintaining a focus on business impact and practical solutions.
• Capable of both independent work and collaboration within projects and cross-functional teams to achieve targeted outcomes and drive shared success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in data science related areas (statistics, applied economics, data science)
• 2+ years of professional analytical experience preferred
• 2+ years of P&C or Life/Retirement experience preferred

Requirements

• Salary Range: $89,800.00 - $125,500.00
• Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
