Dandy is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our inclusive and expanding venture-supported company. In this role, you will own interview coordination and candidate experience while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure seamless, high-quality hiring processes. You will also contribute to recruiting operations initiatives that improve efficiency and scale our recruiting practices.

What You'll Do
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple teams and time zones, ensuring calendars are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and support.

  • Maintain accurate interview plans and candidate data in Ashby ATS.

  • Anticipate needs of candidates and interview panel members, providing quick and thoughtful solutions.

  • Collaborate with recruiters and the Recruiting Operations team to improve processes and drive recruiting efficiency.

  • Support projects aimed at enhancing candidate engagement and strengthening our inclusive hiring practices.

What We're Looking For
  • 1+ years of recruiting or operations experience in a high-growth, diverse organization.

  • Experience using an ATS.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and ramping up quickly with available support.

  • Experience improving recruiting operations.

  • Passion for continuous learning and growth in recruitment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect across all levels of the organization.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
