Job Description

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation • Lead and manage CRM implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management • Ensure the delivery of high-quality CRM solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards • Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources • Provide guidance and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven experience working with cross-functional teams on project initiatives
  • 7+ years’ experience in project management
  • 5+ years’ experience in managing complex projects or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio, Clarity, Rally tools
  • 5+ years’ experience in utilizing project delivery methodology with supporting management practices like risk management, change management, scope management, time management, and quality management
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and implementation methodologies
  • Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
