Job Description
• Responsible for screening orders, specializing in research, review and entry of prescription overrides
• Ensure patients receive their correct prescriptions in a timely manner
• Direct questionable prescriptions to the prescriber for clarification
• Meet specified production and quality standards as defined by the management team
• Work in a closed-door practice setting with a team-oriented environment
Job Requirements
- Pharmacy Technician license in compliance with applicable state law where applicant resides
- Candidate must reside in the state of Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, or Texas
- Minimum of 6 months related pharmacy technician experience
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Data Entry experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail while multitasking
- Direct/hardwired internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 mbs download and 3 mbs upload
