Job Description
Job Requirements
- 7 years of experience in product functions, with a strong history of delivering health care products at scale.
- Background in health tech, digital health, or related fields, with a deep understanding member and colleague experience.
- 7 years of experience with developing product strategies, influencing stakeholders, and managing complex roadmaps.
- 5 years of Agile/SAFe or similar methodologies and leading cross-functional ceremonies experience.
- 5 years of experience with professional communication and good business acumen skills.
- Ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- 5 years of experience using analytics and experimentation to guide decisions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
