Job Requirements
- 3 years’ experience leading and/or supporting projects using lean tools / Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to research and analyze business challenges
- Articulate requirements and communicate effectively to business and stakeholders
- Extensive PowerPoint & presentation development skills
- Experience in working on projects or process improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated ability in managing multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in using tools such as Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
- Project Management Certification
- Power BI development skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required
