• Own end-to-end execution for all IMDC OFCI equipment from post-award through final site delivery. • Ensure all long-lead and critical-path OFCI equipment is delivered on time and in alignment with construction and Ready for Service schedules. • Establish structured tracking mechanisms from manufacturing release through FAT, shipment, and site receipt. • Identify schedule risks early and implement mitigation plans to avoid project delays. • Coordinate closely with Design Engineering, Construction, Finance and Operations. • Ensure deviation management is documented, communicated, and resolved quickly. • Lead recovery plans when suppliers fall behind production schedules and/or equipment quality issues. • Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals responsible for OFCI tracking and execution.
