Job Description
• Own the equipment number— deliver quota—and the pull through it creates.
• Generate market demand and customer buying through capital equipment inventory audits, disciplined executive business reviews, and strategic, multi threaded complex selling.
• Compress sales cycles by aligning customer goals and relationships to clear business outcomes measured by equipment, hardware, service, and consumable sales.
• Increase service attach and consumable pull‑through from the installed base.
• Maintain a clean, inspectable pipeline; run weekly forecast calls with 30/60/90 detail and next‑step clarity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (biomedical/clinical/engineering or similar preferred) or equivalent experience; 2+ years capital equipment sales success (IVF/REI/med‑device a plus).
- Documented growth in complex, competitive environments; strong executive presence and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and analytics (e.g., Power BI); exceptional organization and time management.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel up to ~70% depending on territory; ability to present technical content to diverse audiences.
