• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery • Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics • Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality • Support, mentor and train offshore designers • Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software • Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products. • Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects • Liaise with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met • Ability to think narratively, creating sequences that illuminate user stories through the lens of UI mixed with other visuals (photography, video, motion graphics). • Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively. • Communicate and be able to justify conceptual and directional choices. • Be accountable for excellent execution. • Demonstrate continuous visible progress based on feedback.
