Job Description
• Answer inbound calls and assist Medicare house accounts without assigned agents.
• Provide basic Medicare policy information and guide clients through plan updates or changes.
• Support retention through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Build rapport and deliver professional, solution-focused service on every call.
• Accurately enter and update client and company records.
• Respond promptly to emails and follow up on client inquiries.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, and other tasks as needed.
• Help maintain efficient, organized office operations and a positive client experience.
Job Requirements
- Active Life and Health insurance license required.
- Medicare sales experience with strong knowledge of Medicare products.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven customer service and/or sales experience, ideally in Medicare insurance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional phone presence.
- Comfortable explaining coverage options and assisting with plan changes.
- Skilled in client retention by identifying needs and offering effective solutions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Proficient with CRM systems, phone systems, and standard office technology.
