• Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of contract tasks. • Knowledge of federal records management laws, regulations, directives, and best practices to ensure compliance. • Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team and Agency staff. • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, work plans, project-estimates, and status reports of project activities. • Coordinate the retrieval of retirement submissions in Washington.
