Job Description

• Consult on and lead full- and assisted-service quantitative market research projects across multiple methodologies for a diverse client base. • Partner with Research Services leadership to develop and implement team goals, processes, and tools that improve team performance and project execution. • Lead client consulting and research planning; supervise project execution teams through advising/coaching, providing constructive feedback on deliverables, and resolving client escalations. • Manage, mentor, coach, and train Research Analysts and Research Managers. • Oversee resource allocation and project assignment across the Research team. • Collaborate with Solutions Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management to scope and bid projects based on client requests and RFPs. • Act as a research knowledge resource/SME for internal partners including Solutions Strategy, Business Development, Account Management, Product Strategy & Development, and Marketing.

Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of quantitative market research experience across multiple industries, including at least 5 years supplier-side.
  • Extensive hands-on experience across the online survey-based market research lifecycle: research design, questionnaire development, survey programming, fielding, analysis, and reporting (including storytelling-based deliverables).
  • Strong expertise in advanced quantitative techniques, including MaxDiff, Choice-Based Conjoint, Drivers Analysis, Segmentation, and perceptual mapping; must be comfortable designing research using these techniques and generating insights from the analyses.
  • Proven experience managing direct reports, including hiring, training, developing, and mentoring research talent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; enjoys a consultative, collaborative approach with both clients and internal teams.
  • Direct experience using one or more online survey platforms.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and Google Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, math/statistics, social sciences, or related field required; graduate degree in MR or related field is a plus.
