Circle is looking for a seasoned Manager, Trust Bank Operations & Strategy to assist in the strategic development and operational execution of new trust banks formed by Circle.
What you'll work on:
  • Collaborating daily with the COO and trust entity MDs to support development and implementation of operational strategies for the new entity.
  • Facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders, including the Trust Boards and regulators, to drive alignment and collaboration.
  • Operationalizing and coordinating the implementation of strategic initiatives across the trust entities, ensuring alignment with the overall vision of Circle. This includes developing project timelines, tracking progress and facilitating collaboration between teams to achieve operational goals efficiently and effectively.
  • Preparing detailed reports and presentations for the executive team and key stakeholders, including regulators and internal audit.
  • Monitoring industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adapt operational processes and strategies.
  • Assisting in the development of policies and procedures that promote efficiency and compliance across the organization.

What you'll bring to Circle:
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in financial services, consulting and/or project management, with a strong preference for experience in regulated entities or trust bank industries.
  • Proven experience in project management, including tools, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and generate actionable insights.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • A "get things done" mindset, able to think strategically and take initiative to move forward tactically while anticipating the demands of leadership.
  • A passion for digital currency and blockchain technology, with a commitment to ensuring best in class regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment with teams spanning multiple time-zones.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range: $140,000 - $185,000
