• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs. • Translate client requirements into actionable plans, providing timely responses and clearly outlining next steps both to clients and internal teams. • Manage scope of work to ensure proper tracking and delivery of all deliverables. • Work closely with the project managers to manage tasks, deliverables and timelines that meet client goals. • Partner with Media Planning & Activation teams to stay constantly informed on all media details. • Work with Creative and production team on development and execution of creative materials from inception to full production. • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, fostering collaboration between internal and external local or global teams. • Prepare initial drafts of estimates and proposals, emphasizing transparency in project scope, costs, and expectations. • Work with global teams and talent to provide comprehensive solutions aligning with client objectives. • Serve as the meticulous proofer and final reviewer for all materials, upholding the highest standards of precision and quality. • Exhibit creative and solution-oriented problem-solving skills, addressing challenges and proposing innovative solutions.
