Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, website management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to drive lead generation through website optimization, CRO, and digital campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and experience implementing on-page and technical best practices.
- Experience working in Webflow and HubSpot (e.g., CRM, workflows, email marketing, landing pages, reporting, lead scoring).
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GSC, heatmapping/A/B testing tools) and ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
- Experience managing PPC or other digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional partners.
- High degree of initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn quickly.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, testing, or analysis (preferred).
