• Act as the hands-on program leader for complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives and deliver measurable business value • Drive enterprise-wide profitability initiatives by leading programs that enhance AI-enabled operating efficiencies and business outcomes • Drive revenue growth programs collaborating with sales and partner operations and GTM leadership • Support launching of enterprise storage, hybrid cloud and AI products and solution portfolio offerings through disciplined program planning and execution. • Develop, define, and manage end-to-end program plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics • Drive execution in a highly matrixed environment across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Support, and Services • Proactively identify risks and interdependencies; develop mitigation plans; and escalate issues as appropriate • Ensure programs are executed efficiently and effectively through clear structure, cadence, accountability and decision-making frameworks • Partner with executive leadership in setting KPIs; track outcomes, and report progress against defined successes metrics • Create and maintain program documentation, dashboards, reporting, and executive updates
