Job Description
• Contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts
• Work Monday-Friday between 8:00am-7:00pm EST
• Utilize tools, knowledge and training provided to be successful in the role
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be bilingual-Spanish
- 3+ year of Call Center and Customer Service Experience
- 3+ years of Collection Experience
- Mathematical and Analytical Skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to actively listen and speak clearly
- Pass Company Drug Testing
