Job Description

• Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with AlphaSense’s business objectives, growth plans, and cultural values. • Forecast hiring needs and build scalable recruitment processes that can flex with business priorities. • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within recruitment strategies and ensure diverse candidate pipelines. • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of recruiters and TA managers across multiple geographies. • Foster a high-performance, data-driven, and collaborative team culture. • Enhance team capabilities through training, coaching, and process optimization. • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and department heads on all hiring matters. • Partner with HR, People Operations, and Finance to ensure workforce planning alignment. • Collaborate with Marketing to elevate AlphaSense’s employer brand and recruitment marketing. • Drive efficiency through recruitment technology, automation, and reporting tools. • Analyze hiring metrics to continuously improve time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience. • Lead initiatives to enhance employer brand positioning in priority markets.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of recruitment experience within Product & Engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within high-growth, global organizations.
  • Proven success in designing and executing global TA strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience leading multi-location teams and hiring across diverse functions.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build relationships with and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in TA Analytics and reporting.
  • Deep commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tech stacks (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools).
