• Serve as the lead finance partner to Operations Delivery leadership (e.g., Site Management) • Lead development of the Annual Budget, multi-year Strategic Plans, and monthly forecasting for the delivery unit • Oversee project-level financial performance of the delivery unit, including realization, gross margin, out‑of‑scope (OOS) management, and project risk identification • Provide informal leadership and guidance to finance teams through various reporting structures, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Support business development initiatives, including financial modeling for feasibility and resourcing strategies • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and revenue recognition standards
