Job Description
• Act as a primary technical resource for projects across Synapse various product lines
• Maintain the technical information on the interoperability of the various product lines in Fujifilm
• Work with development to define new product features and enhancements/fixes to current product features
• Design and Help Develop Serviceability Tools to better deploy and troubleshoot
• Deliver consistently high level of customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years of experience in Synapse PACS, Synapse EIS, Synapse Cardiovascular, Synapse VNA, Synapse Pathology, Synapse Mobility, and/or Synapse Analytics Products
- 12+ years in the deployment of third party hardware and software infrastructure and solutions
- 12+ years working with development teams as a primary point of contact for features and requests
- Expert level knowledge of clinical data transfer protocols and interfaces (DICOM, HL7, XML, etc.)
